6:30    Welcome and introductions; approval of minutes and agenda; announcements.

6:45    Update from the Portland Police Bureau; crime and safety in King. Eileen Kennedy.

6:55    Dawn Jones – Neighborhood Emergency Team training in King.

7:05    Amber Holland – King Farmers Market.

7:10    Wrap-up and reimbursements – spring KNA events, including neighborhood clean-up.

7:15     Elections for open board positions.

7:50     Board & NECN announcements, committee reports and upcoming events.

8:15     Adjourn.

May’s KNA meeting will include board elections. Five positions are open: Chair, Secretary, and three at-large positions. Talk with a board member if you are interested in learning more about these positions.

If you are joining us for our May meeting, you are invited to bring (dry) food donations for the Portland Food Project, helping to mitigate hunger in our city. We’ll meet at NECN, 4815 NE 7th Avenue.
