6:45   Vote on proposed new bylaws.

7:05   Request from Wally Tesfa: seeking aid with a zoning variance for his commercial building at 4069 NE MLK Boulevard.

7:25   Discussion of the planned demolition of the house at 4307-4309 NE 7th Avenue.

7:45    Making use of the remainder of our 2013-2014 communications funds.

7:50   Considering sponsorship of the September 2014 Jambalaya Dinner to support Meals on Wheels (formerly Loaves & Fishes) at the MLK Senior Center (at MLK & Killingsworth).

7:55    Board & NECN announcements, committee reports and upcoming events.
