Timbers players, executives, sponsors and city officials will officially unveil King’s Court at King Elementary School.  The new futsal court, dedicated on behalf of the Fields For All initiative, will support local youth programs, encourage children to live a healthy, active lifestyle, and signifies the strong commitment the Timbers and our fans have to supporting and standing by the Portland community.
Fields For All is a collaboration between Operation Pitch Invasion (OPI) and the Portland Timbers’ Stand Together community initiative.  The partnership helps build youth soccer fields and futsal courts each year in the greater Portland area. The Fields For All partnership focuses on underserved areas with open community access and neighborhood support. In addition, Fields For All projects target locations in close proximity to schools, youth clubs and recreation centers, providing ongoing programming to support organized and structured play for local area youth.
King’s Court in NE Portland was made possible by Fields for All, a partnership between the Portland Timbers, Operation Pitch Invasion and generous community sponsors adidas, JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, KeyBank, Providence Health & Services, Ross Electric, and Uber and in partnership with the King Neighborhood Association.
