Drawing on Martin Luther King Jr.’s compelling vision of a Beloved Community, the Community Legacy Program and the Community Cycling Center have teamed up to facilitate an open dialogue to move us closer to “the dream.” This Community Conversation will explore what shared prosperity and community abundance look like and how we can work together to turn the vision into reality.
Our goal is to create a beloved community and
this will require a qualitative change in our souls
as well as a quantitative change in our lives.
~ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Community Conversations offer opportunities for people to come together to foster deeper understanding of social dynamics that impact community. Community Legacy Program recognizes that everyone has something positive to contribute in experience and wisdom. The Community Cycling Center broadens access to bicycling to build a vibrant community where people of all backgrounds use bicycles to stay healthy and connected.
The event is free and open to everyone!
