KNA Board Meeting July 11, 2018

KNA Board of Directors is holding a regular Board meeting on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, from 6:30-8 p.m. at the NECN office, 4815 NE 7th Ave., Portland. All are welcome.

OLD BUSINESS: Reading/approval of May 31 and 6/13 meeting minutes; fiscal sponsorship renewal submitted to NECN; report on Observer ad; review of letter regarding public roadway encroachment introduced at June board meeting tech support report.

New business: Nick Falco of PBOT on PDX Greenways (7:00 time certain); appointment of Jennifer’s proxy for July NECN board meetingp; NECN board report from Jennifer; appointment of NECN rep to Land Use & Transportation Committee; proposed new Oregon DEQ clean air regulations; Metro transit plan and effect on KNA/Killingsworth; BDS approval June 18 of 5-bdrm home to short-term rental facility.

We’ll be voting on changes to our bylaws, including changing our western neighborhood boundary (which would NOT impact Portland Public Schools’ boundaries in any way). We’ll also be holding elections for new board members.
