6:30 pm – Introductions, agenda, previous meeting minutes

6:40 – Finances: budget for 2017-18; any requests for expenditures; reviewing fiscal sponsorship agreement with NECN (Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods).

7:10  – August’s Movie in the Park – including fundraising activities.

7:20  – Update on by-laws revisioning process.

7:30 –  Accepting nominations, and considering nominations, for open board positions (two at-large board positions are open; chair position is expected to be open).

7:50 – Communications/recruitment strategy.

8:00 — Chair’s report.

8:15  — We adjourn!
