For this last Thanksgiving, the Franklin Family Foundation, in conjunction with the Highland Christian Center, gave away over 600 family take-home dinners to local families in need.

This weekend will be the annual Christmas Holiday Dinner and Toy Giveaway, helping families with a holiday meal and toys for the children. Every year the KNA contributes to this non-profit effort to serve Portland families.
