Kung Fu Panda

A clumsy panda bear becomes an unlikely kung fu hero. On the surface, Po may look like just another portly panda bear, but beneath his fur he bears the mark of the chosen one. Now an ancient prophecy has come to pass, and Po realizes that he is the only one who can save his people from certain destruction. If the noble Po can master the martial arts and somehow transform his greatest weaknesses into his greatest strengths, he will fulfill his destiny as the hero who saved his people during their darkest hour. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide

Rated PG for sequences of martial arts action

Choose from six styles of blank holiday cards designed by me especially for the King School Performing Arts Project.
I created the King School Performing Arts Project as a vehicle to provide access to professional artists and arts opportunities for the students and parents at Martin Luther King school.
This holiday card fundraiser is the first of several events that will take place throughout the year to raise the funds needed to support the project.
I hope you will join us on our journey and help us make sure that district budget cuts will not deny our Martin Luther King school students from having access to the arts.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008
6:00-8:00 P.M.
Irvington Village located at 420 NE Mason and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Transit Stop: Bus#6 stop 5935 North and 5934 South

The committee will discuss negotiations between the Vanport Partners and an anchor tenant for Phase III of the Vanport Project. In addition, PDC staff will outline the mitigation options for the Phase III site. Vanport Partners will update the committee on the status of Phases I and II of the project.
