Final Urban Renewal Series Event March 11th

Over 150 people attended the first three URA community Forums, sharing their thoughts and ideas for the future of inner North/Northeast Urban Renewal Areas. Please join us for this final forum. Come hear the draft priorities and recommendations that have been generated in the series. Provide feedback on these recommendations and help strategize future action steps for achieving community benefits from the Urban Renewal Areas. Community feedback generated during the series will be presented to the Portland Development Commission at the March 24th meeting (Billy Webb Elks Lodge, 6:30 – 8:30 pm) of the PDC’s North/Northeast Economic Development Initiative Community Advisory Committee.

Art on Alberta Fundraiser

Art on Alberta announces a fundraiser for our 11th annual 2010 Art Hop murals project on Friday, March 12, at Joe’s Crab Shack, 11am to 10pm. 10% of the proceeds from this all day event will go to paint and anti-graffiti materials for murals which will be painted by area underserved youth and the attending public at Art on Alberta 2010 Art Hop, Saturday, May 15, 2010.

Final Plat Application
The preliminary plan for a 2 lot land division was approved by the City of Portland on 06/03/2009, for the site at the address listed below. A survey showing the final arrangement of lots has now been submitted to the City for review. The purpose of this review is to determine if the final survey (the proposed plat) is consistent with the approved preliminary plan, and meets Chapter 33.663 of the Zoning Code.
